Dr. Sarah Harford

Dr. Sarah Harford qualified in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 2001 and has been practising in London since 2002.

She has extensive experience as a general dental practitioner. Her special interests are Preventive and cosmetic dentistry and she is committed to continued professional development, regularly attending courses in restorative dentistry. She is also a certified invisalign practitioner.

Dr Harford's cheerful character and endless patience makes her particularly popular with the more nervous patients.

Dr. Gazelle Hassas

Gazelle qualified from Guy’s Hospital in London in 1997. Her first job was at Guy’s where she took consecutive House Surgeon posts and gained invaluable experience in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, Orthodontics and Paedodontics and worked with some of the most respected consultants in UK.

Subsequently she went on to complete her vocational training in London and she has been working at this city practice since 1999.

Gazelle is recognised by the British Dental Council and regularly partakes in post graduate training courses. More recently she has been awarded the Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice by the International Centre for Excellence in Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute. She intends to proceed to an MSc programme in restorative dentistry.

Her special interests are all aspects of Aesthetic Dentistry and Restorative work including crowns, bridges and veneers with special emphasis on minimally invasive dentistry and providing support for anxious patients.

In her spare time she is passionate about sculpting and painting and believes these skills to be an invaluable part in the art of dentistry. She also enjoys cycling, country walks, climbing, skiing and ceroc!

Dr. Masoud Hobbi

Dr Hobbi qualified from the acclaimed School of Dentistry/ University of Copenhagen in 1993. After a short spell working as a clinical tutor at the Department of Periodontology in Copenhagen, he joined a private dental practice. He was also in charge of a practice dedicated to treatment of minors on a part time basis for a year.

Dr Hobbi moved to England in 1995 and has since worked in several dental practices.

He has undertaken extensive postgraduate courses in almost all fields of dentistry with special interest and emphasis in restorative, aesthetic and preventive dentistry. Mas has also completed courses in advanced concepts in aesthetic dentistry at the California Centre for Advanced Dental Studies (CCADS) and is a certified Inman Aligner practitioner.

Mas has a dedicated and relaxed approach and always takes the time to place patients at ease.

Dr. Vittorio Gherardi

Graduated with honours in October 1998 at the University of Ferrara, Italy; final dissertation on Diamond Cutting Instruments after a two year research period in the Prosthetic Department. Dental Officer for the Italian Army between May 1999 and June 2000, head of the Cranio-mandibular Disorders Department at the CMML in Rome (Medico-Legal Hospital).

GDP in his hometown of Trento (Alpes) between June 2000 and September 2001 when the first contact with the implant world occured. Moved to UK in September 2001 and started working as a GDP for the first year in South London and then in North London, in the Islington area, for the following five years. Joined  Malmin in the City in March 2008 and in September of the same year started his advanced implantological training at the Tatum Institute in Birmingham, ended in July 2009.

Enjoys the multidisciplinary specialistic environment at Malmin's and bonds humanly with his patients. Currently attending the Royal College of Surgeons' Diploma in Implant Dentistry in London.

Likes skiing in "his" Dolomites (where he shows friends, colleagues and patients around); he enjoys the fine dining and the wine tasting in London and the Continent.

Dr. Elefherios Martinis

I have been practicing in the UK since May 2006 both on the NHS and the private sector.

I am currently appointed as a specialty doctor in oral surgery at King's College Hospital in London undertaking oral surgery procedures carried out under  local anaesthesia and or sedation.

I am teaching UG students on Oral Surgery procedures.

I am currently researching on sedation in oral surgery procedures.

I carry out advanced general dentistry and Oral Surgery procedures under local anaesthesia and or sedation on Saturdays and Monday evening at Malmin dental care in Farringdon. 

I have a special interest in implant dentistry and have been successfully placing and restoring Ankylos, Astra and 3i and Straumann implant systems. I am experienced in aesthetics, cosmetic dentistry, veneers, zoom, bone grafting, soft tissue grafting and I using dental software and digital radiography in dental treatments.

I always give priority on quality, punctuality, clarity and good communication.

I qualified in 2003 and in 2008 I was awarded with the MSc in dental implantology from the University of Manchester.

Dr. Paul Davis

Dr. Paul Davis qualified from Bristol University in 1985 and has many years of experience, coming to us from his previous practice in Bromley, Kent. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, particularly restorative and aesthetic. He is a regular attender of postgraduate courses and keeps up to date with current trends, while his relaxed attitude helps to put his patients at their ease.

He also has a keen interest in Archaeology, holding the Diploma in Archaeology from Birkbeck as well as other qualifications in Bio-Archaeology.

Dr. Minesh Talati

Minesh Talati started Malmin Dental Care which offers dental, medical and physiotherapy services in 2006.

Malmin now has four branches, employing over 60 staff, in London and Manchester. Three practices are private and the other is a specialist
NHS Orthodontic practice. Dr Talati qualified from Liverpool University in 2002 and completed his Msc in implantology in 2009 with distinction.

Dr. Stephen Cawte

Dr Cawte qualified from the University of Edinburgh in 1988. After graduating he was commissioned into the Royal Army Dental Corps and served in the UK and overseas. Seven years later, on completion of his commission, he graduated with an MSc in Conservative Dentistry from the University of Manchester and spent several years working in both private and NHS practices and at the Turner Dental School in Manchester.

He then became a resident SHO in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with East Lancashire Maxillofacial Service and after two and a half years in this post he accepted the position of Staff Grade in Restorative Dentistry and Oral Surgery at the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in Sheffield.

On completion of a three year full-time monospecialty training programme (endodontics) at the Eastman Dental Instiitute in London he began work at several practices in London and he also teaches at the University of Central Lancashire.

He is registered as a Specialist in Endodontics with the General Dental Council and is a council member and honorary treasurer of the British Endodontic Society.

Dr. Robert Mordecai

Dr Mordecai qualified from the Welsh National School of medicine in 1972 and spent several years in junior hospital appointments and then general practice before specialising in orthodontics at the Royal Dental Hospital in London. Having obtained the diploma in orthodontics of the Royal College of surgeons of England, Dr Mordecai joined the staff first at Kings College Hospital and then Guy’s Hospital London. Whilst at Guy’s he obtained both his fellowship in Dental Surgery, of the Royal College of surgeons of Edinburgh and (then) his membership in orthodontics of The Royal College of Surgeons of London.

Dr. Parmjit Singh

Speciality: Orthodontics

After qualifying as a dentist from the University of Newcastle in 2001, Dr Singh relocated to London where he worked in general practice and at three undergraduate teaching hospitals.

His specialist orthodontic training took place in London, Essex and Ipswich. Dr Singh’s special interests include adult orthodontics (having completed a thesis in smile aesthetics) as well as treating patients with developmentally missing teeth (hypodontia).

He has also developed skills in  lingual orthodontics (Incognito) and in the use of invisible braces (ClearStep and Invisalign).

Dr Singh thoroughly enjoys teaching and has recently been awarded the Certificate in Learning and Teaching. He has presented his research findings across the UK, a well as Berlin and Helsinki, and has written articles for over 10 British and European dental journals.

Dr. Paul Tipton

Dr Tipton commenced his advanced restorative dental training in 1987, where he was awarded a Masters Degree in Conservative Dentistry from the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in London. In 1992 he was awarded an honorary ‘Diploma in General Dental Practice’from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and appointed a member of the British Dental Associations Independent Practice Committee. Dr Tipton is recognised and certified as a Specialist in Prosthodontics by the General Dental Council. Dr Tipton is on the editorial board of Independent Dentistry and Restorative & Aesthetics Practice and was a founding member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (BAAD) and the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD), and is currently the President of the British Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Francesco D’Aiuto

Dr D’Aiuto qualified in dentistry (DMD) at the Second University of Studies in Naples in 1997. He started his training in periodontology at the School of Dental Medicine in Naples (1998) and Ardec Centre in Italy and University of Gothenburg, Sweden (1999). He also had served for two years as Liutenant in the Italian Army Defense Corps and served in the Oral Surgery Unit of the Caserta Military Hospital, Italy (1998-2000). He joined the staff at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute in 2000 after winning a prestigious research fellowship in 2000 (M. Cagidiaco fellowship) from the Italian Society of Periodontology. He completed a clinical PhD and a Master in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Periodontology at UCL between 2000-2008. He currently works as Clinical Senior Lecturer/ Honorary Consultant in Periodontology at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute continuing his teaching and research into the association between periodontal and systemic diseases. His expertise is in non-surgical and surgical management of periodontal diseases, mucogingival surgery, piezosurgery, dental implants and guided bone regeneration including bone grafts and periodontal regenerative therapy. He is registered as a Specialist in Periodontics with the General Dental Council.

Dr. Victoria Egemonye

Speciality: Oral Surgery, Sedation

Victoria underwent her postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial departments in several hospitals in the U.K. She obtained her Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons England in 1998. In 2005 Victoria obtained a diploma in dental sedation from Guy's Hospital. She is currently registered as a specialist oral surgeon with the general dental council and She is working in general practice which is more oral surgery based.

Dr. Nicola Divitale

General Dentist/ Special interest in Prosthodontics

Dr Divitale graduated from the Dental School of Palermo University in Italy in 2001. In 2002 he was awarded an EU scholarship and entered a clinical attachment in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at the Tampere University Hospital in Finland.

Worked as a General Dental Practitioner in the UK from 2004-2007. From 2007 to 2009 he trained in Prosthodontics and Dental Implantoltogy at the New York University Colege of Dentistry where he was appointed as Clinical Fellow.

From September 2009 Nicola is a Clinical Teaching Fellow and currently Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow at the MSc and MClinDent Programmes at the Eastman Dental Institute in London.

Nicola is involved with Research and has published articles in international dental journals. He is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration and American Dental Society of London.
